Our services.

Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and individual therapy offers a safe place to slow down, reflect, and find support. Our therapists work one-on-one with clients to explore challenges, process emotions, and build healthy coping strategies. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply want space for personal growth, therapy can help you gain clarity and feel more balanced. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, with the goal of helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Growing up comes with unique challenges, and sometimes children and teens need extra support to navigate them. Our therapists provide a safe and welcoming space where young people can talk openly, express emotions, and build healthy coping skills. Whether it’s managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, adjusting to life changes, or strengthening relationships, we tailor therapy to meet each child’s developmental stage and individual needs. We also work closely with parents, so you feel supported and equipped to help your child thrive at home, at school, and in daily life.

Art & Play Therapy — Ages 4 and Up

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and we’re here to make the process comfortable for both you and your child. Art and play therapy give children a natural way to express their feelings and experiences when words are hard to find. Through drawing, games, and imaginative play, kids can work through worries, build confidence, and practice new coping skills in a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to partner with you in helping your child feel understood, supported, and ready to thrive.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship faces challenges, and seeking support is a sign of strength—not failure. Couples therapy provides a safe, neutral space for partners to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their connection. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, or recurring disagreements, our therapists help couples develop tools to better understand one another and strengthen their bond. The goal is not only to work through difficulties but also to build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship together.

OCD / ERP Therapy

We specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals confront their fears and reduce compulsive behaviors in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Rather than avoiding anxiety-provoking thoughts or situations, ERP gently guides individuals to face them directly, while resisting the urge to engage in compulsions. Over time, this process retrains the brain, decreases fear responses, and empowers individuals to regain control over their lives.

Our trained OCD specialists work collaboratively with each client to design personalized ERP plans that align with their specific symptoms, goals, and pace. Whether you're new to treatment or continuing your journey, we are here to help you break free from the cycle of OCD and move toward lasting change.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective therapy for children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or upsetting memories. In EMDR, the therapist gently guides the person to think about difficult experiences while using eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation (like tapping). This process helps the brain “reprocess” painful memories so they feel less overwhelming. Over time, EMDR can reduce distress, build confidence, and make it easier to move forward without being held back by the past.
